I recently learned of a son of 14 yrs old. He has cerebral palsy. No one seems to know exactly what this is ..

I Have asked everyone I can think of and been to the Library ( they ordered some books, should be here in a couple of days), nobody seems to know exactly about it. I would SINCERELY appreciate the help. Thanks.
