Please help me im 13 and have not gotten a period (Only Girls) and Doctors?

This is really embarring, I am 13 and have not gotten my period. For a few months my have been really sore and itchy (growing i guess). Adding to that situation I have metabolic syndrome. My doctor say's when i get my period it will not be on exact days, but i don't see the importance in period issues. I believe i have cushing syndrome i have the moon face, buffalo hump on my neck,and my mane weight gain tends to be in my stomach.Yes im pretty obese like 220 lbs don't look it, thank god but yeah. If you can help me please do no "Be glad you don't have it yet" from people my age I want it. I have nothing in common with my friends except being a girl there almost all women now and im still back here. I need it, doctors say once hormones and junk start working ill loose weight please help me.
