American Police holding cell accommodations?

police cell? no shower. get like peanut er and jelly or ham and cheese sandwiches, or if rural police station they can even get u burgers from mcdonalds. hazerdous biological wastes? if u **** yourself, they may hose u down. change of clothes? hahahha. u must be joking. no. they just gonna dump u in holding cell till u see the judge.
