Anyone have any ideas of how to clean the whole dryer vent system?

I clean the lint screen every time, but I got curious of what was below the screen. I took a flash light and saw tons of lint. I've never cleaned any other part of the dyer other then this. I'm just concerned because every so often you hear about fires starting in the dryer. Anyone have any ideas on how to clean it?
