Anyone who can preform hamster liposuction?

THIS IS NOT A JOKE. Usually I am very god about keeping my hamsters on a strictly nutritious diet: 2 baby carrot slices in the morning, three specialty fiber-additive pills for lunch, and a single protein and vitamin enriched tablet for dinner. But when I went away to Peru in the fall for the National Hamster Owners Convention for five weeks, I came back to find that the friend I had entrusted to watch over my herd had completely ignored the carefully planned food schedule I gave him and all of hamsters had gained an average 0.0013g. The situation got so severe that sadly my youngest hamster, Ruthy, got suck inside of her tube and suffocated to death. This trajedy showed me that I need to act to save my group. I have lowered their daily diet back to it's normal level and been very cautious about their eating habits for the past four months but their skin still shows the painful remnants from their few weeks of gorging. The skin doesn't appear to be receding at all so I was wondering if there are any zoological surgeons out there who could preform a very careful, delicate procedure on my babies.
