Can I develop a roll of film even when I didn't expose all the frames?

I have to send my camera off for repairs on its advance lever. It will get to about the 24th frame and then jam! So, it did it again this morning and I REFUSE to forsake my third roll of film due to a jam. I ended up rolling the film back into the canister even though I hadn't used all of the remaining frames. Can I still get it developed or does all of the film have to be exposed?
