Frequent nightfalls ?

i am 26 and i get frequent nocturnal emission (nightfalls) twice a week. I do not masturbate and going to be married in a couple of months. I do not know why it happens to me only. Normally people say 2-3 nightfalls a month is a normal sign. But i have 6-7 nightfalls a month. I am very thin and underweight also. Will it affect my married life ?
