Homemade Mother's Day Gift: HELP ME!?

Does she like flowers? I was just looking at this, kind of kiddy but cute, website about how to make your own floral place mats. You just take two deals of contact paper, place real flowers press them on to sticky side of matting and then put the other on top press and presto! You have a place mat! I dunno I thought it sounded pretty...oh website says you might want to have a friend hold down the bottom side for ya to make things easier.
