Should I give Josh Smith to get Stephen Jackson?

In my head to head fantasy league with categories: fgm, fg%, ftm, ft%, 3ptm, pts, rebs, ast, stl, blk ,to should I trade away josh smith to get stephen jackson? I need help with the 6 scoring categories but Jsmoove helps me to win steals and blocks almost every week not to mention contributing in literally every category.
