SOMEBODY HELP ME PLZ ON POSTING A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE ITS AN EMERGENCY!!!!!?

When I'm going to post a video on You tube using Windows Movie Maker it says please export the file into WMM ( Windows movie maker file ) but I don't know how please help me I have a SUPER supah supah funny video for the public to show please help me :(
