What does it mean to be ripped ? (in regards to something ual)?

I work at a Youth Shelter and we routinely screen every youth and we are required to ask them if they have ever been ually abused. Today, a boy gave me the answer when I asked him..."I was ripped once" and then he started laughing. I know "ripped" in terms of being muscular and a couple other definitions but nothing in a ual way. Can someone explain ??? My coworkers and I have no clue what he is referring to. Thanks. This is a SERIOUS question.
