Can I still get a job in the medical field with an expunged domestic violence misdemeanor?

I got arrested about a year ago for Domestic Violence (a total misunderstanding), anyway the charges were totally dropped and I got the record expunged. I will be taking my state boards for Respiratory Therapy and I am wondering will anyone hire me? Will they still be able to see the arrest on my record even though it was expunged?
